Let's keep track of your request.
A precise request starts with a reference and a description that is easy to pick up again. Save these details in your studio to keep the context.
About a configuration.
State the GPU model, the duration and the number of lots concerned. For a software issue, note the version, the dependencies and the steps that lead to the observed result. An excerpt of an error message is more useful than a general description; remove access keys and confidential information before adding it.
About a payment.
Keep the order reference, the asset, the network and the instructions used. If you have already sent the payment, you can flag it with "I've paid" in the relevant order. Payment status depends on server confirmation; a support request or a flag does not confirm funds. Never share your recovery phrase, your private key or a password.
Retrieve the context.
Log in to your account to find your requests under Support, including from another browser. The form keeps your request; it does not produce an automatic reply and does not reset your password. Download the useful summaries and also keep an independent copy of your working files.
