A clear configuration, accessible tracking.
Review your quote before placing an order: it specifies the configuration, the number of lots, the duration, the currency and the amount.
Configuration and duration.
Rentals are offered for 3, 7 or 30 days. The number of GPUs per lot and the memory per card are given in the catalog. The quantity you choose determines the total number of GPUs and the order amount. The preparation preference goes with your configuration; it does not change the displayed price.
Payment and tracking.
Crypto payment does not require KYC or an ID document. The order uses the email of your signed-in account. First and last name are prefilled and can be adjusted for this order. Use the asset, network, address and amount shown in the valid instructions. "I paid" records your report without validating the payment. Settlement status comes from server confirmation. Payment and rental preparation have distinct states; a recorded order is not enough to establish that a machine is active.
Software and files.
You choose the software, models and jobs you use. Check their licenses, the rights to your assets and their compatibility with the configuration. RenderParcel does not inspect the content of your files, prompts or computations. Keep an independent copy of your sources and retrieve your results while you work.
Access and documents.
An account with email and password is required to place orders and access your studio data. The session stays valid for up to 30 days; you can sign in again from another browser to retrieve this account's data. Signing out closes the session without deleting orders. Password reset by email is not available. Order summaries are not tax invoices. For any question about an order or a top-up, keep its reference in a support request.
