You choose your software and your jobs. RenderParcel does not inspect the content of your files, prompts or computations.
Account and order information.
The studio keeps the email, first name and last name of your account, along with your configurations, quotes, orders and settlement tracking information. The email is reused for your new orders; first and last name are prefilled and can be adjusted at checkout. The email address is used for sign-in but is not verified by sending an email. Notebooks and requests contain the text you choose to save in them. Payment is offered without any KYC procedure or collection of an ID document.
One account, multiple sign-in sessions.
Your email and password give access to your account data. A cookie keeps this browser's session alive for up to 30 days. Deleting this cookie or switching browsers does not delete the account: sign in again to retrieve its folders. Signing out closes the session in question without deleting data. In settings, changing the password requires the current password and closes other sessions.
On a shared computer.
People using your browser profile may find a session that is still open. Protect access to the device and sign out after use. Avoid putting secrets in notebooks: your password should only be entered in the sign-in, account creation or password change forms. Wallet private keys and recovery phrases do not need to be entered in the studio.
Keep the useful information.
Notebook exports group their notes and settings; summaries group order information. Files produced in Blender, ComfyUI or your editing tools must be saved from those tools. For a request concerning your data, identify the folders concerned by their references in the Support section; saving it does not automatically delete the data.
