CHOOSE FOR YOUR PRODUCTION

The right capacity, a period that follows your production.

A scene that fits within 24 GB with room to spare opens up the comparison between the A5000 and the RTX 4090. Both offer 24 GB per card: compare the plan and your engine's support, without assuming identical speed.

When geometry, textures, volumes and passes justify more memory, look at the 48 GB RTX 6000 Ada. The L40S also offers 48 GB and is worth comparing for a pipeline that mixes rendering, stills and sequences. Higher capacity meets a memory need; it doesn't promise a faster render.

Then choose three days for a prepared milestone, a week to organize variants or a month for decisions spread out over time. Factor in transfers, tests, approvals and retrieval: the rental period doesn't fix a number of frames produced.

YOUR CHOICE, IN PLAIN SIGHT

The questions to ask before renting.

How much should you commit for a first 3D production at RenderParcel?

The RTX A5000 plan is 23.57 USD for 1 lot of 1 24 GB GPU for 3 days. You can pay directly in crypto, with no top-up beforehand. Choose this capacity if your full scene, its margin and the engine are compatible.

How do you compare 24 and 48 GB before renting?

At RenderParcel, the A5000 and RTX 4090 offer 24 GB per GPU; the RTX 6000 Ada and L40S offer 48 GB. Start from what you observe on the full render, textures and outputs included, then compare plans for the same duration. Memory alone doesn't rank speed.

Which GPU should I choose for a Blender scene?

First choose a card compatible with your version of Blender, your engine and the available driver, then a memory capacity suited to the complete render. A representative test at the final resolution helps measure the requirement and the limits. The GPU name alone cannot promise a speed or a deadline.

Do multiple GPUs add their memory together in Cycles?

Generally not: each GPU uses its own memory. Certain configurations allow exceptions under specific hardware and software conditions. The number of cards in a batch is therefore not enough to conclude that a scene has their total capacity available.

Does the Pli pack include an already rendered Blender scene?

No. Pli v1.0.0 provides a scene generator for Blender 4.5.x LTS, its original assets and its controls. The validations carried out cover the files and dependencies. No .blend, CPU render, GPU render or performance result was produced for this pack.

Does choosing Blender in the configurator guarantee that it is installed?

No. This selection describes the requested software preparation. It does not certify an installation that is already available or tested. Specify the version, extensions and dependencies of your project, then check the environment actually provided before production.

How do I choose between a 3, 7 or 30-day plan?

Choose the window that covers your entire timeline: preparation, transfer, tests, validations, computation, retries and retrieval. Base your calculations on representative observations. The plan duration does not guarantee a number of frames or a render time.

Should I keep the source files after exporting the image or video?

Keep the sources and licensed assets if the project may need to be picked up again. A final export lets you view the result, but does not necessarily restore the materials, passes or parameters that were used to create it. Keep an independent copy and open the retrieved files before considering the delivery complete.

THE RESOURCES TO SEE IT THROUGH

From choosing the GPU to delivering the files.

01

Start by choosing the deliverable you need to produce.

A useful render answers an intention: making a label readable, conveying the volume of an interior or preserving the continuity of a movement. Set the framing, the output dimensions, the expected colors and the corrections that must remain possible. An image computed without errors can still fail these criteria.

Choose a framing that contains the project's difficulties: a light source reflected on a bottle, detail close to the camera, a dark material, hair or volume. A first preview serves to check the resources and the lighting. The check intended to judge details must then use the final resolution and the chosen quality settings. Keep these settings with the accepted image.

ProjectPoint to validateDeliverable to specify
Product imageLabel edge, reflections and contact shadowPixel dimensions, background or transparency, final format
Interior viewMaterials, dark areas and lighting consistencyChosen framings, display transform and permitted retouching
AnimationContinuity across cuts and simulationsFrame range, frame rate in fps, sequence and review video
02

Pick a GPU that's compatible with your engine.

Record the version of Blender, Cycles or the other engine used, along with the extensions and features required. For Cycles, GPU rendering requires selecting a device in the preferences and then configuring the scene. CUDA and OptiX are compute modes for compatible NVIDIA GPUs; their availability depends in particular on the software version, the system and the driver. Do not infer this behavior from the card name alone.

The environments page helps you specify the tools to bring. Choosing "Blender" in the configuration expresses a request for preparation; it does not certify an installation that is already available or tested. Verify the environment actually provided before committing it to a series of renders. You retain the choice of your software and your processing. RenderParcel does not inspect their contents.

03

Keep your scene portable.

Gather the .blend, textures, linked libraries, fonts and caches actually used. Work on a frozen version, with stable names and the necessary transfer rights. Relative paths describe the position of files around the project; they do not copy them.

Blender can embed eligible assets with Pack Resources, and saving then preserves that embedding. Some data, notably videos, remains external. An animation also requires checking sequences and caches across their entire range. So open the copy in a location that cannot silently find the old sources again.

The Blender transfer folder details the commands, the directory structure and the possible errors. It complements this workshop once your production decision is made.

04

Prepare your transfer with the Pli folder.

Pli is an original bottle study: purple ceramic, orange collar and a chevron label. The Pli v1.0.0 pack contains a generator designed for Blender 4.5.x LTS, a 512 × 512 pixel procedural texture, a recipe, a SHA-256 manifest and an acceptance sheet. The assets can be examined without taking on a client project.

To verify the Pli pack, the archive was extracted into a separate folder. On Windows with Python 3.14.6, the validator checks the hashes, paths, PNG and script syntax, while access to the original sources is denied. Test copies then verify the detection of a missing texture, an altered PNG and a path escaping the root. The reconstructed texture was also compared against the delivered file.

Blender was not available during this preparation: no .blend or CPU or GPU render is provided. The reconstruction and acceptance commands still need to be run on an equipped workstation. The pack README explains this sequence; this workshop does not turn a file check into proof of performance.

Checks and limits of the Pli pack
Inputs or operationObservation retainedLimitation
Archive and manifest of the original packExtracted copy valid with access to originals deniedDoes not demonstrate that the .blend opens
Texture removed, altered or external pathExpected failures identified by the validatorDoes not cover the dependencies of your own scene
Pattern reconstructed by its scriptIdentical bytes in the documented environmentDoes not demonstrate identical 3D rendering
Acceptance sheet copied and then filled inImmutable sources still valid after entryThe visual criteria still need to be checked in Blender
05

Tell 24 GB and 48 GB apart based on the full render.

The size of the transfer folder does not measure the GPU memory requirement. Examine the scene evaluated at render time: geometry, textures, volumes, passes and output processing. Measure a representative case at the final resolution, including its demanding steps, then keep a margin suited to project variations. Note failures as well as completed tests.

Memory must be read per card. In Cycles, multiple GPUs generally do not become a shared pool of memory; exceptions depend on hardware, connections and settings. A batch containing several cards therefore does not prove that your scene can use the sum of their capacities.

The RTX 4090 and RTX 6000 Ada pages let you examine two options from the catalog, with no speed ranking. Compare their memory and their compatibility with your observed need. If you then compare times, keep the same project, the same settings and the same acceptable quality criterion.

06

Choose the plan around your project's milestones.

The plan covers a working window. Build it around environment preparation, transfers, tests, creative feedback, computation and file retrieval. Cumulative render time is only part of this calendar; waiting for approval can count even when no computation is running.

The reference points below are conditions for choosing, not promises of output volume. A well-prepared project may require a long window if feedback is spaced out. Conversely, a small batch already approved can be concentrated into a short window if computation observations and transfers allow.

RenderParcel plans: durations in days, to be matched to your actual calendar

7 daysSeveral approvals or variants are scheduled during the weekFactor in feedback and revisions, on top of the observed computation time
30 daysProduction includes stages spread over a longer periodSpecify milestones, usage periods and progressive backup of results
07

Prepare the files you want to retrieve.

Decide on passes before the final render, based on the corrections expected in compositing. OpenEXR can preserve layers and passes; check that they can be read in the receiving software. A PNG may be suitable for an image ready to display. Keep the color interpretation and view transform you used, to avoid judging two different imports as two different renders.

For an animation, an image sequence preserves the rendered frames and allows part of the work to be redone before encoding. Check the numbering, missing frames, frame rate and cuts, then open the resulting video. The export and archiving guide details the separation between approved deliverables and source files for revisions.

Plan to retrieve the project, authorized resources, useful passes and exports onto independent storage before finishing. From the preparation stage onward, keep your criteria and chosen settings in your project notebook. To configure a 3D rental, you will then have an identified scene, a documented memory requirement and an explicit calendar.
